About PriceBreak.ai
What this is
PriceBreak scans video game prices across marketplaces and flags games where the typical market price sits below what an instant buyer will pay. An instant buyer takes the game for cash right away, so there's no listing and no waiting for a sale.
How to use the offer ladder
For loose, missing-manual, and complete-in-box copies, every game shows the best way to sell and four offers:
- Instant buyer: sell to Quickflips for cash right away. Offers leave a 30/20/10/5% return.
- eBay: list it yourself. The eBay figure is our estimate, the typical sold price less eBay's fees and packing. It takes longer and can go wrong, so offers leave a bigger 40/30/20/15% return. Instant buyers often pay little for complete-in-box copies, so these usually sell better on eBay.
The four offers run suggested offer, good deal, fair, no deal. Open low, counter up, and walk away above the no-deal price. Count shipping as part of what you pay, and check condition and region before you buy.
Where the numbers come from
PriceBreak.ai can make mistakes. Please check listings for accuracy.
Each eBay listing carries a badge saying how far it was checked for the right game, region, and condition. "AI photo-checked" listings had AI read the title and eBay's details and look at the photo. "AI checked" listings had the title and details read, but not the photo. "Not AI checked" listings weren't checked by AI; most are "Over no-deal price" listings matched by the game's barcode and the condition in the seller's title, there to show what you'd need to pay to make money. Better-checked listings are shown first. Either way, give each one a look yourself. Links to eBay are affiliate links through the eBay Partner Network, so PriceBreak may earn a small commission at no cost to you.
Estimates are rounded and come from the latest scan of each system. Instant buyer offers change, so confirm the current offer with Quickflips before you buy. Nothing here is a guarantee of profit.
